For my final project as a student, I wanted to create something fun and special that reflected my personality and creativity. The deep interest I have in designer toys was a major influence on this project. I see a lot of designer toys out there that pretend to be food, disguise themselves as burgers, ketchup, candy etc...So why not make it of actual food? My original toy designs represented a blend between sea creatures and sugary treats such as ice cream and doughnuts. Making the toys in real food made the process a lot more exciting and challenging. This project combines things I love the most, illustration, package design, typography and photography.
